Education is the backbone of a country and it is the teacher who imparts  education to the community. The process and approach is different but the sucess of education lies in the intensified training of teachers, that converts an academician to a good teacher. William Rthur Ward says, "The mediocre teacher tells. The Good teacher explains. The Superior teacher demonstrates. The Great teacher inspires."
