The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) Punjab, established under the Punjab Act No. 12 of 2006, is a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal.This University is registered with University Grants Commission, New Delhi, under Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, vide notification number F.9-35/2006 (CPP-I) dated 11 January, 2007. It is a fully residential University established for the development and advancement of legal education.
